Our Mission

Welcome to Grange Whitefield Care Services.

Our services support you to maintain your chosen lifestyle. So, we keep you in control and provide you with the home care in Hertfordshire and the home counties, where and when you want it. We champion a dynamic and person centred approach to our support, leading to better outcomes for the individuals using our service.

Our mission is to deliver what we promise and provide a consistent and caring service that you can ultimately rely upon. Our services are registered with the national regulator and we are also an approved provider with several councils in the South East meaning you can count on us to provide a quality service that is inspected and monitored regularly. They inspect and check the quality of our services to make sure that we provide safe, well led, caring, effective and responsive services that meet the requirements of the law and promote quality practice in the sector.

What We Do

Family owned and run, we initially created our business in 2010. Our customers are the heart of everything we do, and we pride ourselves in putting you and your wellbeing first.

Since our inception, we have gone on to support hundreds of people in Hertfordshire and beyond. Providing care of the same standard you would expect from your own family and loved ones. This means valuing each person’s unique qualities, strengths, identity and seeing them as an individual.

We offer tailored care and support services, to ensure each customer’s individual needs are met and they are able to keep their independence for as long as possible. We support all of our clients to develop and retain independent living skills by exploiting their strengths. In turn, providing peace of mind for families that their loved ones are being cared for in the comfort of their own home where they feel safe, secure and relaxed.

We support our customers in achieving the learning of new life skills and establishing new and interesting hobbies to achieve an incredible sense of well being, purpose and comfort. Particularly at our gardening club… which continues to grow in popularity.

Delivering the absolute best domiciliary support is our passion, and we strive to achieve this every day!

Our Staff

Our staff is our refuge and strength

Our homes have a full time registered Manager and Deputy responsible for all aspects of the care provided. Care staff is available throughout the day and at night experienced staff are on duty at all times with waking night and sleep in staff, depending on the needs of the client group. An emergency on-call system enables support at all times to staff and residents from senior management.

All our Care staff have regular supervisions and appraisals and are encouraged and sponsored to achieve an NVQ qualification. All the homes have a unit training plan and each member of staff has an individual training plan. There is regular in-house training sessions based on the actual needs of the service users to help our staff understand what they need to do to give the utmost support to our service users.
