Understanding of the fundamental rights of people regardless of disability. Staff are reminded of these rights to ensure that the service user’s rights are always preserved.
It is the right of all individuals to be treated with respect and to recognize their uniqueness regardless of circumstances. We believe that dignity is closely connected to a person’s self-worth.

The company aims to ensure that the service users lead a fulfilled life within their care settings encouraging and supporting the service users to achieve and accomplish new skills thus giving a sense of hope and purpose to their lives.

Our homes have a full time registered Manager and Deputy responsible for all aspects of the residential care provided.
Care staff is available throughout the day and at night experienced staff are on duty at all times with waking night and sleep in staff, depending on the needs of the client group.
An emergency on-call system enables support at all times to staff and residents from senior management.
All our Care staff have regular supervisions and appraisals and are encouraged and sponsored to achieve an NVQ qualification.
All the homes have a unit training plan and each member of staff has an individual training plan.
